The desire to be creative has been a passion of mine since I was little.
When I grew older, I was so extremely fortunate to be able to study at the Culinary Campus which is a part of the Israeli Culinary Chefs Association. It is recognized by the V.C.F.C. as well as by the World Association of Chefs Societies.
There I was able to hone my skills and learn so much from some of the most talented and creative chefs.
Making allergy- friendly baked goods is something I feel strongly about. It is challenging for the students in Israel who have food allergies.
For me this is a way to enable everyone to eat the cake and no one will be left out.
I love creating personal packages and special packages for the Chagim. I love providing a way of helping the mothers of the yeshiva and seminary students a way to send their love right into their children’s Israeli dormitories.
When we deliver custom packages to people, the expressions on their faces when we deliver them are so much fun.
I love to share my passion for baking and my love of life with others. It is really important to me that everything that leaves my kitchen both looks and tastes delicious.
